Flights to Branson: Branson Air Express offers flights into Branson Airport from various points including Chicago (Midway) and Houston. See below. Gray Line and taxis meet all incoming flights at Branson airport. You can also call ahead to reserve. Costs and options are found here: http://www.flybranson.com/ground_shuttle.php.
Flying in to Springfield: Beverly Magley, our conference coordinator, needs your arrival times and flight numbers ASAP. She will attempt to coordinate group pickup rates in cases where enough people are arriving at about the same time. .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address), and please use the airport codes BKG for Branson Airport and SGF for Springfield-Branson (quite confusing since “Branson” is also in Springfield Airport’s name).

From Kansas City or St Louis you’ll need to rent a car (about a four-hour drive to Branson).
Flying to Branson
It’s time to start looking for fights! Be sure to enter airport code BKG for Branson’s new airport when you search for fights. Other nearby airports include the Springfeld-Branson airport, which is a 50 minute drive, and St. Louis and Kansas City are both about a four hour drive away.

Chicago and Indianapolis Service 4 Times Weekly
BRANSON, MISSOURI (June 23, 2010) – Branson Airport (BKG) proudly announces additional nonstop service to and from Chicago, Illinois (MDW) and Indianapolis, Indiana (IND) marketed as public charter flights by Branson AirExpress and operated by ExpressJet Airlines.
The new service will begin September 10, 2010 operating Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays to and from Chicago Midway Airport and Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays to and from Indianapolis International Airport.

BRANSON, MISSOURI (April 1, 2010) – Branson Airport (BKG) is pleased to announce additional nonstop service between Nashville, Tennessee and Gulfport/Biloxi, Mississippi. Once again this new service expands the flexibility and convenience of getting to Branson, the Live Music Show Capital of the World.
The new service will be marketed as public charter flights by Branson AirExpress and operated by ExpressJet Airlines. Service will begin May 17, 2010 to Nashville International Airport (BNA) and Gulfport-Biloxi International Airport (GPT) and offered Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays.
Branson AirExpress has partnered with several Midwestern and South Central airports to initiate and promote new air service to Branson and between partner cities. Earlier this year, Branson AirExpress announced nonstop service five days a week between Branson and Austin-Bergstrom International Airport – Austin, Texas, William P. Hobby Airport - Houston, Texas, Des Moines International Airport – Des Moines, Iowa and three times a week between Branson and Shreveport Regional Airport – Shreveport, Louisiana and Terre Haute International Airport, Terre Haute, Indiana. In addition to offering this new Branson nonstop service, passengers may combine flight segments to create connecting flights between partner airports. The Nashville and Gulfport/Biloxi flights will connect to Austin and Houston, Texas. Shipping Materials to Big Cedar Lodge
Don’t forget to send ahead samples of your publication, ancillary products, etc. for the display tables. Big Cedar Lodge asks that you please ship them at least 3-5 days prior to the event. They receive regular shipments, Monday-Friday, from UPS, U.S. Postal System, and Fed Ex, but they DO NOT receive over-night or weekend deliveries.

All packages will be moved to the Grandview Conference Center. The boxes will be available through the Conference Service Manager beginning September 22nd. If it is a personal package, addressed to you, it will be delivered to your guest room.
An Outgoing Shipping Form will be available for your return shipments when you are at the resort. Please see your Conference Services Manager or a Banquet Captain while you are on site. Complete the return shipping form, and Big Cedar staff will then move the packages back to their Purchasing Department to be shipped out promptly the next business day.
